Our Skills Bootcamps are designed to provide you with the skills needed in today’s high-demand sectors. As part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, we’re here to ensure that everyone has access to lifelong learning opportunities that lead to real career advancement.
We are currently offering Skills Bootcamps in: NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH Health & Safety in Construction Management, Project Management, Leadership & Development and Strategic Management. We may also be able to provide Bespoke specific to your company needs.
What Are Skills Bootcamps?
Skills Bootcamps are intensive, flexible training courses that last up to 16 weeks. They’re aimed at bridging the gap between your current skill set and the local job market demands. Whether you want to change your career, climb the ladder, or break into a new industry, our bootcamps are the perfect launchpad.
Delivered in partnership with the Department of Education and under the arm of the National Skills Fund, each Bootcamp is crafted with the employer’s needs at its core. This ensures that the skills you acquire are directly applicable and highly sought after by businesses.
Skills Bootcamps are aimed at adults aged 19 and over, including:
• Self-employed individuals looking to grow or adapt their skill set.
• Unemployed people, who will benefit from training and a fast-track to interview with a local employer.
• Employees in the public, private or voluntary sectors whose training is supported by their employer.
• Employed learners looking to change career or move into a new sector.
For Employers and Self-Employed
If you’re looking to upskill you or your current workforce, the bootcamps are a cost-effective solution. There is no cost to Self Employed, small to medium-sized enterprises contribute just 10% of the training costs, while larger organisations cover 30%. If you have enough learners we can look to develop a Skills Bootcamp specific to your company. There’s zero cost in recruiting individuals who’ve graduated from a Skills Bootcamp.
For Job Seekers and Career Changers
If you’re unemployed or looking to make a significant change, our bootcamps offer a golden opportunity. Not only will you develop sector-specific skills, but you’ll also fast-track your way to an interview with a local employer. It’s a two-pronged approach to jumpstart your career.
